Everything You Need to Know About MHT-CET
Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology from a recognized board. Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) for engineering and pharmacy courses.
Exam Pattern
Two papers: Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics & Chemistry). Each paper has 100 multiple-choice questions. Duration: 90 minutes per paper.
Syllabus
Based on Maharashtra State Board curriculum for Class 11 and 12. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with equal weightage. Topics include Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Organic Chemistry, Calculus, Algebra, and more.
Counseling Process
Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Seats allocated based on MHT-CET rank, category, and preferences for colleges across the state.
